Automatically add funds to Balance for auto-fulfillment

When using Fulfill by AutoDS, the automatic orders are still limited by being able to automatically re-load and/or add funds to the balance. This means that every time I need to manually add $$ to my account instead of having AutoDS taking them when needed. It would be VERY useful to automate this step where we authorize the use of either PayPal/Payoneer/credic card for transactions.
