Add gift option to orders from amazon with Fulfiled by AutoDS

We need to have the gift option when the order is placed Fulfiled by AutoDS so our customer doesn't know the real price and also that the order has been ordered from amazon.

On more than one occasion, my clients received an invoice from Amazon, when they used the Fulfiled service. It should have an option to NOT allow items from Amazon, which do not offer the option to Send as a Gift.
