Ability to ship to physical store for customer pickup

Ability to ship to physical store from supplier. If the customer chooses to pickup the item in the physical store at checkout, the system should automatically order the item to the given address.

Easiest was to implement this (as far as I saw), would be for AutoDS to function as a warehouse ans setup Shopify to transfer items from AutoDS to physical location on customer order.
