I am requesting the addition of a feature that allows passing customization details along with orders to suppliers. This feature is particularly crucial for merchants selling customizable products, such as engraved necklaces, personalized mugs, or other custom-made items.
Current Challenge: Currently, AutoDS does not support the transfer of custom fields or additional information entered by customers in the Shopify store (e.g., names for engraving or custom messages) to the supplier. This results in manual intervention to communicate the customization details to the supplier, increasing processing time and the risk of errors.
Proposed Solution:
Add functionality in the AutoDS order management system to detect custom fields (e.g., notes or text fields in Shopify).
Allow mapping of these custom fields in the AutoDS platform to specific order notes or fields that can be included in the supplier's order instructions.
Ensure seamless integration of these details into the order submission process to the supplier, either via direct messaging, API calls, or included in the order metadata.
