App and mobile sight works well. Unfortunately I can’t get to the settings page to adjust my finances, order a mentor, adjust my membership or do anything the I would need to do on that page.
Used my iPad, galaxy s21 and even a MacBook laptop. All the same results. So far it seems the solution is to either cancel, or find a ride to staples 5 miles away and pay an extra 10 dollars to use their computers, or spend an extra 400 for a cheap laptop. Adding the settings page would allow people who rely on mobile devices the ability to work this better.,.no doubt the user experience will always be better on a laptop. But I almost canceled twice since I can’t perform basic functions on the devices using google chrome.
