Hot Products NOT on Amazon

If there is a way to harvest hot selling products not listed on Amazon - this would be a killer!. Whenever I see something cool advertised, the first place I go look for that product is on Amazon for best price and fastest shipping. If not on Amazon I'll usually go back and buy it from the advertiser.
