You have some bug in the system that not allowing you to see the exact issue that was been asked. you see only the number of orders and in the end, you ask to elaborate again on an issue that I already asked you about in the ticket. 
you need a better solution for it. Because it sometimes works, but in most cases that does not.

I agree with it, I'm constantly having to reiterate things that I've already clarified in the email only to have to then wait for another 24hrs for them to respond again.

EXACTLY
