There Should Be REAL Support!

Emails do not get answered. You state 24/7 support but that is BS selling grab.
I thought I finally found someone that would fully give me personal attention, as I was told I will receive one on one but lied to again.
If you have 24/7 support, then there should be phone consultation.

I think their 24/7 support is only online. I can usually speak to a live person anytime online. Unfortunately, their responses to questions are interminably slow. Like being back in the days of dial up internet.
