Simpler buyer account system/order fulfilment

i was hoping the whole buyers account thing could be more simplier. can you submit feedback to your team about it? if i could just link a bank account or paypal and when an order comes in > funds go to that account > and then when I click fulfill > funds come out of that paypal/bank account to fil that order with the supplier.
