Fix Automation of Orders

My automation feature is not working. I have created 3 test orders and AutoDS isn’t picking up the orders. Everything else is working good like price monitoring. I have created a ticket but is has been weeks now and the issue has not been fixed. I have paid for credits and can’t use them. Please fix this issue. Thanks.
