Create a ticket about the order " sell order ID "

sometimes I need to create multiple tickets for different orders so multiple tickets. after creating a ticket on the order page, I am receiving a reply from the support team. the problem is I can't find that reply for which order. because the support team is using a different "sell order ID" which is not on my autods account. on my account have different "sell order ID" for the same order. please use what "sell order ID" has on the client autods account.
